We use Google Analytics, and may use Google Tag Manager and similar tools, to collect aggregate usage statistics. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

• Service providers. Companies that work on our behalf and are required to protect your information, covering website hosting, customer relationship management (CRM) and messaging platforms, appointment scheduling (Weave), email delivery, and analytics providers. Providers we currently use include Google Analytics, Weave (appointment requests), and GoHighLevel (our CRM and messaging platform).
• Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vision by Amel, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers. If Vision by Amel is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
• At your direction. When you ask us to share information, for example when you post a public review or tag us on social media.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to serve you, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our analytics provider. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site and access controls on the systems that hold customer data. Nevada residents. We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A). Nevada residents may still submit a request directing us not to sell their information by calling (702) 858-4362.

California residents. California law may give you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Health Information

This Privacy Policy covers information collected through the Site. Information you share as a patient or client, including health history and treatment details, is handled under our clinical privacy practices and, where applicable, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Use it to request an appointment or a call, and we will gather any needed details privately.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
